Hello Ray and Jim, Why not use Chase's online bill pay, which allows customers to add payees, including private individuals, to their list of payees and issue a payment. Chase then mails a physical check to that individual, and the customer doesn't even have to pay for postage. I use the same service through Wells Fargo and love it. I don't have to hassle with printing, signing checks, addressing envelopes, and making sure I have the correct amount of postage, since the stamp prices seem to keep changing.
