I think Windows Media Player, which is pretty accessible, would work as
good as anything else out there for burning CDs.  I know that Nero has a
free version but do not know how accessible it is with JAWS.  Roxio is
also pretty good, but they don't offer any free software.  I don't know
if that is a concern but am just putting that out there for your
information.
