getting rid of all these tool bars in IE 7, help!

Hi all,
I'm using jaws for windows 9.0, and windows xp home edition.
I'm using windows explorer version 7.
Here's the problem. When I type in a web page, and the web page loads, I get all these tool bars such as
toolbar refresh button
live search edit
tool bar search button
tool bar favorites center
home split button.
Can someone walk me through, step by step, on how to get rid of all these? I only want the address bar.
