Search file extension?

Hello all,
In IE7, I know where a person goes to clear out all the search and history
files.
Now the question....
I also use Google and Yahoo occasionally for searching, etc.
How does a person go about clearing out these files, search and history, in
other search engines?
Is there a search/history file extension that a person can do a windows
search and clear them?
