No.  Both alt-F6  and ctrl-F6 work.  However, I'm not sure when alt-F6 
started working.  To reverse the movements, you can use the shift with 
either of those key combos.

Hi all.  I've done this and love the way it works.  One slight error in the
instructions below.  It is Alt F6 that allows you to toggle through the open
documents.

A few of you have asked how exactly to keep all word documents in one
window.  As Mr. Bell wrote, it is easy as you have but two choices.  Open
Tools Options and work through the View tab dialogue box.  One option there
is "Windows in taskbar".  If you check it, then each document opens in a
separate window on the task bar.  If you uncheck it, then the task bar
contains only one window and that window contains all your word documents.
You just use ctrl
F6 to cycle between them.

Personally, I prefer it that way, but others like everything in a totally
separate window, which is why it is an option.

Do you recall how you configured MS Office to behave that way? I tried
looking for it to help Sherry out, but I couldn't find it. I'd like to try
that setting myself, and that would probably also answer Sherry's question.
