Thanks for this hint.  Although I've almost always used Control "W" to close
a document I have also used Alt F4.  I'll have to remain diligent for a
while I guess.

I really like using cntl F6 to go between the documents.  There is one
danger though.  I am used to having Windows in taskbar checked and alt
tabbing between docs.  When all the docs are in one window, you cannot use
alt F4 to close one - it closes them all.  This will be a hard habit to
break as I use alt F4 all the time.
