Looking for the Blind Programming list would be my suggestion as well. Last  
time I checked there was a good bit of discussion about the technologies  
mentioned. There also tend to be flurries of questions around the beginning  of 
school years or new terms when people are figuring out what is needed for  their 
classes.
 
The other point: do not underestimate the value of your subject area  
knowledge about the things you developed. Leverage that if you can while you are  
getting up to speed on the new technology.
