Hi to all.
=20
Ray: You didn't say what version of Windows, but I'm betting it's XP! The=
re is a built-in popup blocker with IE6 and Windows XP--it's under the "Too=
ls" menu when you're on-line.
=20
How do I know it's a popup blocker? Because, according to your message, th=
e stream plays when the person you are assisting presses shift+enter. Once=
 you have the popup blocker opened, you can do one of three things to solve=
 this problem:
=20
1.  Place the KPCC website as a site to ignore popups from;
2. Set the popup blocker to allow MSN-approved popups (the minimum popup b=
locking and still have the blocker on--this is the setting I use; and
3. Turn off the popup blocker entirely (not recommended).
=20
Good luck.
