Because, according to your message, th= e stream plays when the person you are assisting presses shift+enter. Once= you have the popup blocker opened, you can do one of three things to solve= this problem: =20 1. Place the KPCC website as a site to ignore popups from; 2. Set the popup blocker to allow MSN-approved popups (the minimum popup b= locking and still have the blocker on--this is the setting I use; and 3.
