Help with Word spell check

Hi,

I am using XP with Word. When I press F7 for spell check, I do not get the 
context of the found word. Is there a command to get this information? 
Usually, when I go to the suggestions box, I get an idea of what word I 
misspelled. However, the context sentence would be better.

Also, if I want to fix the word manually, how can I do it?
