Sending Really Large Files:

I'm looking at sending a 2.5 gig file.  Most of the services I've looked =
at want 1.5 gigs as a maximum.

Other than splitting the file, (which I'd rather not do), are there any =
suggestions of  other sites that will do the really large files?  Thanks.
