My name is Wally, and this is my first post. I have had a computer for 
four months now. It is a Gateway, which runs jaws 9.1 with the latest 
updates. here is the situation. My navigation keys, I am referring to 
those that let me choose different headins, and paragraphs, and the 
like, are turned off, and they don't work. I know they can be turned 
on. Please tell me how to do so. Thank you.
