Previuos CBR experience

Dear CBRs
I am developing a cbr application in the contruction Industry. Can anone
inform me of the sufficient amount of case -studies to be fed inside the
system that would make of it a valuable piece of work? Besides, I have
some difficulty in presenting the work in a  paper due to the great
amount of description  to the various screens of the system. Would
anyone inform me of the best way to present the work from your previous
experince? Thanks in advance.
