SPAM attacks

Hi,

I'm sure you've all noticed the SPAM attacks the ai-cbr mailing list has
experienced in the last few months have been getting more frequent.

This morning I had over 7000 mails in my inbox as I receive all the
undeliverable error messages and many of you wisely refuse messages
containing attachments and viruses.

So as of today the mailing list is being moderated. This means that there
will be a delay in the delivery of mails to list members

In addition mails with attachments will be rejected as will mails to and
from all Hotmail and Yahoo accounts.

This should reduce your inconvenience considerably and in the meantime I'm
looking into better mailing list software with built-in virus checkers and
anti-spam facilities.
