[lkb] Process directory for Lisp

Hi folks,

When I run the LKB from source, I can set the process directory
to something sensible (so that C-X C-F in emacs and the file dialogue
in the LKB default to where I ran emacs from).  When I run the
precompiled binary, these default to DELPHINHOME, which just isn't
useful.  Any tips on how I can customize this?
