[lkb] Process directory

Hi again,

Whenever I run the lkb from binary (installed with the
automated install), M-x lkb causes the process directory
to change to ~/delphin (so that when I do C-f, for example,
I'm prompted with ~/delphin).  I'm in the habit of kicking
off emacs from the directory I want to work in, so that
that defaults to where the files I'm interested are.

Does anyone know how to change this back to the default emacs
behavior?
