[lkb] Matrix missing

Just to inform you if you have missed it: There is no
<http://lingo.stanford.edu/ftp/latest/matrix.tgz> which the install
script (http://lingo.stanford.edu/ftp/etc/install) looks for, so you
don't get all the "reassuring messages" that
<http://wiki.delph-in.net/moin/LkbInstallation> talks about.
