Re: [lkb] [matrix] GTOP in Matrix, was: Re: Message-free Matrix

Am I right in thinking that with most/all(?) of the currently active grammars, 
GTOP is never referred to?  We still need the concept, but probably the 
easiest thing to do is to have both GTOP and LTOP available.  I'll take a look 
at the code at some point and see if I can clean things up.
