Yes, it is, you can get it from http://www.coli.uni-sb.de/pet

Since spring has also arrived here, I took the opportunity to put out an
updated version, including Linux binaries. There are some dependencies
on external libraries (ICU and itsdb for the binaries). The README
contains information on where to get these.

Please let me know if you need help in getting it up and running.
