[lkb] brief update

As many people will have noticed already, we've moved from the old static web
pages to the use of a wiki - http://wiki.delph-in.net - this covers not just
the LKB but the other DELPH-IN software and grammars.  Quite a lot of things
are going on at the moment - if you need to know about the finer details of
changes to the LKB then you are probably best advised to look at the archive of
the developers mailing list (see lists.delph-in.net).  We expect to introduce a
new web-based bug reporting system soon - I will email this list when that
happens.  For now, please use the lkb-bugs email address as before with any
problems.  

We would be very happy if people got involved in adding material to the wiki.
At least for now, you'll have to register via email to get write access (see
the instructions on the wiki front page)
