Downloading the snapshot

Hello,

I have problems downloading the new snapshot. After some 5 to 10 MB, the
download rate drops to 0 kb/s. I have used wget in addition to two different
browsers (IE and Firefox) and all of them show the same behaviour both for
the zip and the tar archive.

Is there a mirror or an ftp site where I could try to download it?
