fi-stella breaks mlisp

Franz's mlisp is a case-sensitive "modern" common lisp. In fi-stella, there are references to the common-lisp package using the nickname "CL", but in mlisp, the proper nickname is "cl". Actually, if you want to be agnostic, then you should use #:cl, which will give you the right case for any image. Anyway, having fi-stella loaded will bust an mlisp session. If one's only CL work is with PowerLoom, that might be fine, but for those of us with multiple CL-based projects, just adding fi-stella to one's lisp-mode-hook will be A Bad Idea.
