Basic question about behavioral programming

Hi.

I am new to PowerLoom but am looking at porting an example from Loom. I 
may be really missing something but I can't find any behavioral 
programming (actins and methods) mechanism in PowerLoom. Also, can you 
schedule production rules, like you can in Loom?
