The upcoming release of PowerLoom 4.0 (which will - hopefully - materialize in the next few weeks) will have a couple of server environments that you could use. One of them is a SOAP server that allows you to execute various PowerLoom commands such as assertions, queries, etc. via SOAP messages over HTTP.
