What is the standard PowerLoom mechanism to render an assertion
into English-like text?
For example:
(english (forall ((Dog ?dog))
(exists (Head ?head)
(have-a ?dog ?head)))))
-> "All dogs have a head."
I saw some possibly related code in PL-KERNEL but I didn't see
anything about it in the manual.
