I'm (as usual), a bit in doubt.  Quite a bit is going on.  We are
approaching a level of flux in the system which probably leads to
the conclusion that there is never a moment where all packages are
stable at the same time.

Maybe this is a good time to freeze.  The Quasi quotations are
operational and I don't think they require incompatible changes.
I think that the kernel is more portable and stable then it ever
was.  Although Carlo's portable swipl-win is really promising, it
should stay outside the system for a couple of more weeks and
then enter the devel series.

Making a stable version also means there will be an Ubuntu ppa for
the stable version before the start of the academic year.

So, please report small stuff in the forthcoming couple of days
and I will make a stable version in the second half of this week
(provided nothing serious shows up).
