Seeking developer for Prolog application (Dutch)

Hi,

Someone contacted me for the commercial development of a prototype
system that is probably best described with the keywords `rule based',
constraints and `scheduling'.  The job also implies some knowledge
elicitation and writing an interface.

Considering size, agile development process and required language skills,
a basis near Holland and at least basic mastering of Dutch is a requirement.

They are specifically seeking for small companies with the required
expertise.  It is most likely also possible to arrange something for
private persons or academics.
