I added spuds 0.0.6 at http://bioinformatics.nki.nl/~n.angelopoulos/sware/packs/spuds/spuds-0.0.6.tgz I was under the impression the server did back-up the packages in case they disapper. I don't know how to let the server know of this, but I don't want to publish a fresh version. Comments on spuds itself are very welcome.
