Running swipl-win.exe from cygwin..

I tried running swipl-win.exe from within Cygwin (Cygwin64 terminal, installed today, but also an older version).

The usual Swi-Prolog window appears, yet I cannot communicate with it.



swipl.exe does run and will respond to commands (although the prolog prompt is not visible).



This is swipl version 6.4.1, windows 7 64 bit.



I used to be able to run plwin from within Cygwin.



Any suggestions?
