These might be worthwhile to mention:

* E-culture MultimediaN cultural heritage search
(http://e-culture.multimedian.nl/)
  This search engine allows semantic search in multiple Dutch museum
collections.
  It does automatic disambiguation of search terms (e.g. do you mean
paintings by van Gogh, or van           Gogh the painter?). It also
allows search for semantic relations (e.g. "Does Art Nouveau artstyle
and         Cubism artstyle have something in common?"). SWI-Prolog is
used for RDF storage and search (via         ClioPatria). There is
also an annotation tool, which I think the museums now use, but I'm
not sure.
  Jan can probably tell more.

* The Garp3 modelling and simulation workbench (http://www.garp3.org).
  Garp3 allows the diagrammatic conceptual modelling of simulation of
dynamic systems.
  The models represent specific systems and scientific theories
(particularly the causal relations between     quantities). The
simulator determines which theories apply to which parts of systems,
calculates the           effects of the causal relations, and
generates a state graph that explains the behaviour of the system.
  Garp3 is an established instrument in environmental science (e.g.
used as a research tool, taught at         universities, described in
textbooks on environmental modelling). The tool is completely
implemented in     SWI-Prolog.

* DynaLearn Interactive Learning Environment (http://www.dynalearn.eu).
  DynaLearn is a tool that supports learning about dynamic systems
(such as in environmental science,       economics, and physics), and
system thinking generally. DynaLearn makes the conceptual modelling
     and simulation of dynamic systems accessible to students at the
end of secondary school and beginning   of university. It has been
used by more than 1000 students worldwide. The central modelling and
            simulation environment is developed in SWI-Prolog. The
on-screen virtual characters and the semantic     repository of models
that are used to provide individualised feedback to students use other
technologies.
  (Arguably, they should have used ClioPatria for the semantic
repository of models.)

I work on DynaLearn and Garp3, so these are shameless plugs. ;)
