Carlo is adding the option to insert HTML into the output.  This
allows you to define portray rules to render Prolog terms as arbitrary
HTML.  Qt also supports SVG, so that should be a breeze.  This will
also provide a complete new way to define user interfaces for your
program.

I don't know.  It is powered by mailman, so it shouldn't be too
hard to find out for you.
