Here is the minimum set of files I use with Freepascal/Lazarus. (My project needs memory files, sockets and threads.)

libgmp-10.dll
libswipl.dll
porter_stem.dll
readutil.dll
------------------------------
socket.dll
pthreadGC2.dll
memfile.dll
