packs galore

I've just made a batch of new pack releases.  Rather than swamp the list
with a separate announcement email for each one, I'll consolidate here.

I've release new bug fix or slight feature enhancements for the following
packs:

   - func - fix bugs in multi-module programs
   - julian - improve constraint propagation (thanks Markus)
   - delay - support for more builtins

I've also released these new packs

   - atom_feed - work with Atom Syndication Format
   - djson - declarative JSON

The last two are conveniences that we've found helpful across a couple
projects.  We thought others might benefit from them too.  Each pack's
documentation should explain itself well enough.
