I've obtained a site to host the tutorials, but as yet haven't got a domain. (I have limited resources when it comes to buying internationally.) For now the pldoc tutorial can be accessed as http://192.241.205.8/pldoc/tutorial.html and the modules tutorial can be accessed as http://192.241.205.8/module/tutorial.html. The pldoc tutorial has not yet been updated with the latest pldoc changes and has not yet been ported over to using asciidoc in place of markdown. It has, therefore, quite a jarringly different styling from the module tutorial (which is the styling I'm going to be using in all future works). I'll cheerfully accept any suggestions for a domain name and will, of course, also update the community when I finally get one.
