7.1.0 stability issue

Hi,

There was a serious bug in memory management for some of the map operations,
causing these to go into an infinite loop if a GC or stack expansion was
needed.  This caused the server running www.swi-prolog.org to crash.  It
seems to be back at its normal stable mode of operation.

Get the git version if you want to test 7.1.0 seriously.  I expect frequent
releases in the near future.
