fastest way to consult prolog file that accesses dynamic generated millions of facts

HI all , 
When I use consult() to load and implement my prolog file that accesse
millions of facts , it takes long time ,
I can not use qcompile() as my facts are generated dynamically in java
program and are not static.

is there any way to speed up the  performance ?
