ANN: SWI-Prolog on Mageia 4

Hi,

Mageia 4 was released in previous weekend. SWI-Prolog is available in
Mageia since Mageia 3, but to Mageia 4 the SWI-Prolog version and
packages were modified.

Now Mageia 4 provides SWI-Prolog in 6.6.1 version and the package follow
the SWI-Prolog guidelines for Linux package managers.
