SpamCop is usually reliable, so you can block email at SMTP time with it. However, they started listing some of Yahoo!'s outbound mail servers over a month ago, and Yahoo! has neither suspended listed mail servers until they're delisted nor persuaded SpamCop to stop listing them. As a Yahoo! customer, Anne should complain to Yahoo! that her email is not getting delivered. Richard.
