Re: Compile+execution problems on: SWI-Prolog 6.6.3

I've just gone through recompiling all the sources from 6.2.6 onwards to find
where this was introduced... in each case I did  make distclean, download,
configure, make, make install, run, then ctrl+c:

These are ok: 6.2.6, 6.4.0, 6.4.1
*This is the first build showing the bad behaviour: 6.6.0*

I tried 7.18, and 7.19, and they are bad too, so whatever happened in 6.6.0
has been carried through.
