Thank you very much rechard for your reply. I am so greatful.
Actually this is part of my finalyear project. I have been given sets of
grammer which I sent to you. And a file that contains list of protein
sequence. So i need to determine  whether the sequence can be parsed by the
attached grammar and if so, the meta-interpreater will generate a parse tree
and display it in a redable format.
I have spent months on my own to learn prolog but the meta-interpreater part
seems to be difficult for me. And I have two weeks to demostraite the
system. Any help from you will be so appreciated.
