Thank you very much rechard for your reply. I am so greatful. Actually this is part of my finalyear project. I have been given sets of grammer which I sent to you. And a file that contains list of protein sequence. So i need to determine whether the sequence can be parsed by the attached grammar and if so, the meta-interpreater will generate a parse tree and display it in a redable format. I have spent months on my own to learn prolog but the meta-interpreater part seems to be difficult for me. And I have two weeks to demostraite the system. Any help from you will be so appreciated. :( grammar_simple.BAK <http://swi-prolog.996271.n3.nabble.com/file/n14652/grammar_simple.BAK> train_np_seq.BAK <http://swi-prolog.996271.n3.nabble.com/file/n14652/train_np_seq.BAK> -- View this message in context: http://swi-prolog.996271.n3.nabble.com/Issue-with-creating-a-meta-interpreater-tp14623p14652.html Sent from the SWI Prolog mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
