Re: mailing list question

In light of recent emails that I read on the archive due to being kicked off the list again, I wonder if I should abandon Yahoo.  I haven't been happy with their operations lately anyway.  gmail apparently also has this problem.  Any suggestions?

There's something breaking at a fundamental level with the mailing list software.  I've received several messages in the past couple of weeks telling me my account has been deactivated for "too many bounces" and requesting that I confirm my subscription.  (Ironically it emails me to tell me that it thinks it can't email me anymore…)
