JPL SUPPORT ON MAC OS X SNOW LEOPARD

Hello, how can i compile swi-prolog with jpl support on my macbook ?

I own an old macbook 13" white with core duo (not core 2 duo) which is
32bit.
I tried to run the latest stable precompiled version but I get an error,
something like BAD CPU...
I run the macports version but i did not found the jpl.jar so I think the
only way is to compile it myself.

Are there any instructions I can follow ?
