What these metrics mean? Machine Learning WEKA

I am new with Machine Learning and* I am doing some predictions with classification algorithms as Random Tree or J48 using WEKA*. I get the following results but, to be honest, I don't know what these means. I have been searching examples on Google but I didn't find anything that can help me. For example, I would like to know if my prediction is good or bad and why, just that to starting learning.
