What Peter meant is that you might get an error in the console/terminal window. (If you are using Windows, you can optionally start WEKA with a console window that may show additional errors.) There are no obvious problems in the output you have sent. My guess is that the data file reader fails to parse the 115th instance in your file. Can you read the test data successfully in the Preprocess tab?
