I just ran it on a Linux box (Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS) with WEKA 3.8.5 and _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Xmx6g --add-opens=java.base/java.lang=ALL-UNNAMED using ZuluFX 11 (11.0.8). I started with an empty wekafiles folder before installing the Auto-WEKA package. It appears to work fine. I tried both the AutoWEKAClassifier in the Classify tab of the Explorer and the Auto-WEKA tab in the Explorer. Cheers, Eibe PS: Justin Liu, who made the package work again by contributing a fix to the GitHub repo of the package, used to be my student, but is a research programmer in the group of Albert Bifet now, and fixing the package was Albert's initiative.
