Hi Bob, Auto-weka-2.6.1 (with latest WEKA) could not work with JAVA11 because of the exact runtime error you meet here. Could you please uninstall all the relevant programs (also delete the "wekafiles" folder in your home path) and re-install them again with the latest version? I hope it could fix the error of missing choice. I have tested weka-3.8.5 with auto-weka-2.6.3 (with JAVA 11 installed) on iris yesterday, and it works fine on Ubuntu 20.04LTS and windows 10. If the error still occur, please send me the information of your running environment such as the version of OS, WEKA, auto-weka, java and logs, screenshots if possible. I will try to reproduce the error.
