I can confirm this. I updated autoweka to version 2.6.3 and it didn't show up. So I deleted the wekafiles/autoweka folder and re-installed autoweka 2.6.3 and it still doesn't show up.
I currently use autoweka 2.6.1 without any problems.

I'm using Windows 10
I'm using Java 8 (Zulu), If using java 11 gives error even in version 2.6.1.
I am using Weka snapshot via (https://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/~ml/weka/snapshots/weka_snapshots.html)
