simplest of code

I am viewing one minute data from the forex market in real time

At certain times I wish to

1) recall a saved model

2) present it with one new instance which comprises just one real variable

3) have the model do a prediction based on this new instance

Can I do this on the fly without resorting to using existing test.arffs ?

If so, could you show me the minimum java code required to do 1) tru 3)
