unparseable date SOLVED

As Peter said, it was a problem with the timezone... but not of the file, of MY COMPUTER!
It seems that since weka uses java, when parsing the file uses the local of the system and in that local -if there are daytimesaving- some hours do not exist! (even if the data is correct, being from another timezone or simply from a computer that does not change to daytimesaving time).

How to solve that? Just change the timezone of your computer to one that does not have daytimesaving (as Phoenix/Arizona I found out after a lot of googling [😝] ). After doing that, I could open that file without problem! (it is a surprise that I have to change my systems clock every time I want to work with weka -at least with that data- but anything to make it work).  I believe there should be some option in configuration to avoid that kind of problems, even with my computer experience -I worked several years as unix system administrator- I had to invest A LOT OF TIME to find a way to use this data.

Again, I thank you for your support, it would have taken me a lot longer without your help [😊]
