Weka 3.8.5 launch error for Mac OS Big Sur 11.6

Hello, I downloaded Weka 3.8.5 for Mac OS Big Sur 11.6, which has java 8 (311). However, when I tried to launch Weka, I got the following error. "Weka x-y-z is damaged and can't be installed. You should eject the disk image." Please advise what to do to get Weka started.
