It seems to be taking the whole thing as a file name and not as a list of two paths. Colon : should be the correct separator for Linux so I’m not sure why this is. It isn’t entirely clear that Weka is getting the error and trying to create a new one. R could be doing it. Weka is java and should handle that right. It could be Weka though. Maybe the weka.sh shell script.
